For units on floors besides the ground also include additional time due to having to get all items to the elevator, load the elevator and then take it down, unload the elevator and load in the truck. Many indoor climate controlled storages provide moving carts to make getting contents into and out of the storage a lot more efficient.
Non-climate controlled storages are like rows of garages you can drive up to and get direct access to. These do not usually have long carriers since we can park the truck right next to the unit.
