Strong Mentor (Regional General Manager)

Oversee the business development, customer service, sales, and organizational operations of the Tampa Bay Region.

Full Time Positions: 35+ Hours Per Week

  • Report directly to the CEO if the OrganizationDrive and desire to meet and exceed projected sales goals, outgoing and motivated attitude
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided from the initial phone call through the completion of the moving process
  • Create and implement initiatives directed to motivate, encourage, and challenge staff to achieve the company mission and provide great customer service environment
  • Oversee fiscal budgets for the region and maintain profitable ratios
  • Managing our Moving Sales Platforms and grow the business revenue according to requirements and projections set by executive staff
  • Responsible for the brand awareness, community involvement, and overall corporate image for perspective region- community service and volunteering required
  • Manage and oversee every move completed in region using the existing remote management systems
  • Knowledge of the Tampa Bay Region, personal vehicle required for travel accounts
  • Bachelors Degree and 4 yrs. Minimum Sales and Management Experience Required

Salary position with commission structures based on company and personal performance
